Silent Processing Sessions

$55.00

Silent Processing Sessions at Cellars Gallery is a quiet, guided art experience created for people who need space to process through making rather than talking. Held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, this experience invites guests into a calm, intentional room where conversation is kept to a minimum and everything needed for the session is already provided.

Each guest receives a stretched canvas, paint, brushes, and the materials needed to begin with a simple prompt: Paint what you haven’t said. From there, the evening is yours. There is no critique, no pressure to share, and no need to explain what ends up on the canvas. This is not a traditional art class, not a loud social event, and not group therapy. It is a quieter kind of experience built for honesty, reflection, and creative release.

Silent Processing Sessions is open to both artists and non-artists. You do not need experience to attend. You only need the willingness to sit down, begin somewhere real, and let the work take its own shape. The atmosphere is warm, low-pressure, and intentionally limited in capacity so the room stays grounded and comfortable. Whether you are carrying stress, memory, tension, grief, or something you simply do not want to put into words, this experience offers a place to set it down for a while and let the canvas carry part of it.
